We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and professionally.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team by email at resolve@print4all.co with full details of your concern, including your order number and any relevant photographs where applicable.

All concerns, complaints and claims must be submitted in writing via email to ensure accuracy and to allow us to properly investigate the matter.

Telephone calls, WhatsApp messages and other messaging services are provided for general communication and convenience only. In the event of any dispute, complaint, claim or order-related issue, communication must be conducted via email correspondence only in order to maintain a clear written record for both parties.

We aim to acknowledge all emails within 1 working day. Resolution times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.

Where required, customers may be asked to return goods for inspection before any refund, replacement or credit can be considered.

For the protection of both parties, abusive, threatening or aggressive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated and communication may be restricted to email correspondence only.
